We smoke all of our meats anywhere between 6 and 16 hours over real wood on an Assassin Competition Smoker. Meats will be lightly sauced unless otherwise requested.

Our chopped brisket, pork, and bbq chicken are now available as freezer packs! Smoked fresh, chopped/pulled, then rapidly chilled and vacuum sealed to give you the freshest product available. All you have to do is drop them in boiling water for 20 minutes, sauce, and enjoy!
