Bryon is the "man behind the MEATS.” He has dedicated years into perfecting his craft but is constantly working to learn more and will literally smoke anything he can get his hands on!

Meet the family. We are Bryon and Megan Parker, the husband-wife team behind Meats and Treats. Vegas based caterers with over 40 years combined kitchen experience, we decided to take that and mix our talents and passion to give you the best of both worlds - BBQ and dessert!

When we're not busy playing with our food, our 4 kiddos are teaching us the meaning of life. We really ARE a family run business. You may see the big guy helping out on a delivery or have a crookedly labeled box courtesy of one of the littles. :-) Small frustrations aside, we love each other and what we do.
Between the six of us, we truly want you to have your cake and (m)eat it too!!

Megan is a self-taught cake artist that is all about her TREATS. With over 30 years' experience working in kitchens, there is nothing she can't sugarcoat!
